Three Ways to Prepare 7 Nut and Seed Toast

Base Culture recently launched our 7 Nut and Seed Bread: a booster to our original Keto Bread, featuring all the nuts and seeds you could want. With ingredients such as sunflower seeds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and hemp seeds, every crunchy bite of this bread is as satisfying as its energizing.

Pop it in the toaster and it’s even better! Here are three ways to prepare our 7 Nut and Seed Bread as TOAST.

  1. Slathered with almond butter

Either as an easy breakfast or a tasty snack, try toasting a slice of bread until it’s golden brown and just crunchy enough, then lather a generous portion of Base Culture’s almond butter on top. Our almond butter features just one primary ingredient: almonds! Its nutty creaminess creates the perfect balance with the crunch of the toast.

This is a snack or breakfast item that will never get old. We feature five almond butter variations with flavors including Original, Maple, Gingerbread, Cinnamon, and Espresso… all of which taste delicious atop a good piece of 7 Nut and Seed toast!

  1. Breakfast protein toast

Another great breakfast option? Protein toast. Scramble eggs or prepare them over-medium (sunny side up works, too!), then spread ghee on your toasted slice of 7 Nut and Seed Bread. Pile on the eggs, then try out  vegetable toppings of your choice - we like sliced cherry tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, or chopped peppers. You can also combine the vegetables within the scramble if you’re going for scrambled eggs, and add in extra protein too, like diced ham. Either let the protein sit atop the toast as you eat or serve it, or go for two slices and put another on top, making it into a breakfast protein sandwich (which may be easier on the go!)

  1. Avocado Toast

Finally, avocado toast has been all the rage in recent years. Either slice or dice a fresh avocado, then pair with the winning combo of sea salt and extra virgin olive oil. It’s also good with a squeeze of lemon on top (and a lemon wedge served on the side for extra squeezing), or if you want to get really fancy, with some organic, grass-fed goat cheese.

However you like your toast, the crunch of a golden brown slice of 7 Nut and Seed Bread magnifies the wholesome, nutty flavor of all seven nuts and seeds in the recipe. Get creative with your toast toppings! Order Base Culture’s 7 Nut and Seed Bread online, or find a store near you to pick up a loaf in person.
