Why Summer Is the Perfect Time to Start Paleo

Truth be told, any season of the year is a great time to start a Paleo diet. It’s never too late to take charge of your health and well-being. However, here are four reasons why summer, specifically, is the perfect time to dive in headfirst to the Paleo lifestyle.

  1. Summer is a great time for outdoor activity.

The warmth of the summer days permits more outdoor exercise, from hiking to strolling around the lake in your hometown with a friend. The more active you are, the more you’ll place an emphasis on what you’re putting in your body - which will help you stay on track in choosing more wholesome, energizing foods!
