½ cup Base Culture Original Almond Butter 2 tbsp. tamari 2 tbsp. coconut aminos 2 tbsp. honey 1 tsp grated fresh ginger 1 pinch red pepper flakes 2+ tbsp. water 1 lime, freshly squeezed
DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until combined. You may add a little more water to thin out the space. 2. Cook noodles according to packing instructions. Drain 3. Heat a little oil on a skillet, add onion and bell pepper and sauté until soft. Cook your shrimp until pink. Season with paprika, sea salt and pepper. 4. Add in carrot at the end so it stays crunchy. 5. Remove from heat and toss in noodles, plus some of the sauce. Mix well. Add more sauce as needed. Top with cashews, sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy!
