Gingerbread Brownie “Snickers”

COOK TIME: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

    2 Base Culture Almond Butter Brownies

    ⅓ cup Base Culture Gingerbread Almond Butter

    1 cup oat flour

    ⅓ cup coconut oil

    ¼ cup coconut flakes

    1 tablespoon coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

SERVING SIZE: 1-2 Servings

Combine 1 cup oat flour, ⅓ cup coconut oil, ¼ cup coconut flakes in a bowl

Press into a pan and place in freezer for about 25 mins or until mostly frozen.

While base layer is freezing, pulse the Base Culture Almond Butter Brownies with in a food processor.

Remove base layer from freezer and top with brownies.

Place back into freezer for about 10 minutes.

Mix together ⅓ cup Base Culture Gingerbread Almond Butter and about 1 tablespoon coconut oil.

Remove mixture from freezer.

Top frozen mixture with Gingerbread Almond Butter layer.

Freeze for about 20 minutes or until mostly solid.

Take out of freezer, allow to defrost, and enjoy!
