  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon Base Culture Original Almond Butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

SERVING SIZE: Makes 1 Serving

Add ingredients to blender in order listed.

Blend until well combined and creamy.
