What does it mean to be certified Paleo?
The paleo diet is a nutritional approach that focuses on eating only foods that are nourishing and unprocessed. It is rooted in foods that were available and eaten by people in paleolithic times, and excludes dairy, grains and legumes.
Our products are Certified Paleo, the Paleo Foundation’s most popular and highest level certification for Paleo compliant products. Certified Paleo products are clean products that contain Paleo ingredients, but may also have some 21st century processing or packaging methods that help ensure quality and improve shelf stability.
How is grain free different than gluten free?
Our products are both gluten free and grain free, as grain free foods are excluded from a Paleo diet. A grain free diet eliminates all grains even those that are gluten free, like corn, rice, oats, millet and sorghum.

The Keto diet is a very low-carb, high fat diet and involves significantly reducing carbohydrates across your daily food and beverage consumption. For snacks to be considered Keto, they must have 6g or less of net carbs (total carbs- fiber) per serving.
Our Keto Bread, 7 Nut & Seed Bread and Original and Cinnamon Almond Butters are all considered KETO-friendly.

Where can I find your products? And where exactly are they in stores?
We are in nearly 8,000 locations across the US. Please check our store locator for a retailer nearest you. You can find our breads, brownies and sweet loaf breads in the frozen bread or frozen dessert aisle and our almond butters can be found in the nut butter aisle.
If I order online, how do you ship?
We use 2-3 day shipping for all online orders so the product gets to you quickly to prevent any spoilage. We do not ship orders placed after Thursday 12pm to prevent any orders from spending an additional day in transit on Sundays when the post office is closed. All baked goods products are shipped frozen and arrive perfectly fresh!
How do your products need to be stored?
We suggest that our Sandwich Breads and Sweet Breads be stored in the freezer to ensure the longest shelf life of 9 months, or they can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Our Brownies are a bit of a different story. They last 9 months in the freezer and can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 months. Our Almond Butters can be stored at room temperature for 6 months or in the refrigerator for a year!
How do I warm your products if they are frozen or refrigerated?
All products are already baked and ready to enjoy. Leave on counter at room temp for 15-20 minutes or warm in microwave or toaster oven. We often like to enjoy ours fresh from the fridge as the texture is quite nice!
What does that best by date mean?
The best buy date on our breads and brownies is the frozen storage date, meaning if you want to use that date it must be kept in the freezer. The date on nut butters is how long it will stay fresh at room temperature.
