Ingredients
1 pound grass fed ground beef
1 bell pepper diced. (1 use 1/2 green and 1/2 yellow)
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 cup diced carrots
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
1 6oz can of tomato paste
1.5 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon paleo BBQ spices
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup paleo BBQ sauce
8 slices of Base Culture's Original Keto Bread
Directions
SERVING SIZE: Makes 4 Servings
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and place in slow cooker
Dice the bell pepper, onion and carrots and place them on top of the beef in the slow cooker
Add all remaining ingredients (except for bread)
Stir and cook for 4 hours on low
When ready to serve, place Base Culture's Keto bread in toaster oven for 3 minutes
Remove bread from toaster and make your sandwich!
