SALMON & CITRUS-BASIL AVOCADO SALSA SANDWICHES

INGREDIENTS

1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces

3 medium oranges, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Juice of one lime

1 teaspoon grated ginger

Chopped green onions

2 tablespoons minced jalapeño peppers, seeds removed

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

Salt

Pepper

1 pound wild salmon, patted dry

Drizzle of olive oil

3 slices of Base Culture Original Keto Bread

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 400

2. Place salmon on a sheet pan, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

3. Bake for 12-14 minutes
