10 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 medium ripe avocado, finely chopped
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup minced dill pickles
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pickle juice
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper (or more to taste)
Sriracha to taste (I use about a tablespoon)
Base Culture Sourdough Bread
1. Add eggs, avocado, red onion, dill pickles, mayonnaise, pickle juice, lemon juice, salt, paprika, pepper and sriracha to a medium bowl.
2. Gently fold ingredients together and mix well. Be sure everything is well-combined.
