1 lb organic ground turkey
1/4 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
½ zucchini, grated
½ teaspoon garlic
Sea salt & pepper
1 small box portobello mushrooms
1 teaspoon honey or coconut sugar
Salt and pepper
1. Mix in all burger ingredients together. Form into patties.
2. Grill for about 8 min per side or until fully cooked.
3. For the mushrooms, sauté onions + mushrooms on a pan with a little avocado oil. Add honey, salt and pepper.
4. Toast Base Culture Original Keto Buns, add turkey burger, dairy-free cheese, mushrooms, tomato, arugula, and enjoy!
