JAMMY TURKISH EGGS & SOURDOUGH

INGREDIENTS

2-3 six-minute soft-boiled eggs

1 cup Greek yogurt (regular or dairy-free)

¼ cup ricotta cheese (regular or dairy-free)

Zest from ½ lemon

1 clove of garlic, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped scallions

2 slices of Base Culture Sourdough Bread

DIRECTIONS

1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, ricotta, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper.

2. Top with the eggs, toasted bread and some sweet chili sauce, and scallions, if using.
