Grain-Free Shrimp Panzanella Salad with Roasted Red Peppers and Balsamic Dressing

INGREDIENTS

½ pound shrimp

1 tablespoon coconut aminos

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

½ teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 package of Original Keto Buns

DIRECTIONS

1. Fill your bowl with mixed greens, cucumber slices, roasted red pepper slices, and beans of your choice

2. Rip up pieces of your Base Culture Original Keto Buns and drizzle with olive oil then toast them in a skillet over medium-high

3. ½ pound shrimp seasoned with salt/pepper then sautéed with a little olive oil, 1 teaspoon minced garlic and 1 tablespoon coconut aminos over medium-high heat for two minutes per side

4. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, ½ teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ cup water
