INGREDIENTS
- 2 Slices of Base Culture Keto Bread
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 2 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
SERVING SIZE: Makes 1-2 servings
Toast bread (Base Culture bread can be toasted from frozen or thawed).
Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and mash with a fork.
Spread ½ of the mashed avocado onto each slice of toast, and top with sliced egg.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
