 They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and we have to agree.

Whether you’re heading to the gym, your co-working space, or just into your home office, you need to be on your A game. Here are a few of our favorite Paleo breakfast choices, so not only will breakfast be the most important meal of your day -- it’ll be your favorite.

  1. Yogurt Granola Bowls.

Granola bowls are all the rage, and for good reason. A little creamy, a little sweet, a little crunchy… and a whole lotta goodness! Try a paleo yogurt bowl by opting for paleo yogurt (full fat, no sweetener added - there should be great options at a store near you, or make your own with coconut cream!). Our secret ingredient?Base Culture sticky granola. It’s a crunchy combo of dried nuts, fruits, and seeds with honey, sea salt, and cinnamon - which tastes sublime mixed in with a few strawberry slices and blueberries.
