Loaded Egg Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

2 slices of Base Culture 7 Nut & Seed Bread

2 eggs

Plant-based cheddar

Beefsteak tomato

Avocado

Everything but the bagel seasoning

Spinach

Plant-based butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Toast the bread and then add a little butter to each slice.

2. Next slice the tomato and add to the sandwich with a handful of spinach too.

3. Whisk eggs in a bowl, pour into a heated/greased pan, and once almost done, add a slice of cheddar & put the top on so it melts.

4. Remove from heat and add to the sandwich, along with avocado & seasoning.
