What started as a paleo challenge for our founder became a lasting lifestyle when she realized that eating real food meant the more sustained energy and feeling her best.
When she couldn’t find a clean-label bread that aligned with her lifestyle, she created her own — starting with grain-free and gluten-free recipes.
