Open-Faced Pesto, Mozzarella and Spicy Shrimp "Grilled Cheese" Sourdough Sammies

Ingredients

3 slices of Base Culture Sourdough Bread

¼ lbs of small shrimp

Pesto sauce

Fresh mozzarella

3 roasted red pepper

½ cup of sriracha

½ tablespoon of scallions

Directions

1. Layer shrimp with sriracha sauce

2. Toast slices of Sourdough bread and smear pesto on top, some fresh mozzarella and a few roasted red pepper slices

3. Place toasts under the broiler for a few minutes until cheese is melted

4. Once the cheese has melted, remove the slices of toast from the broiler and top with spicy shrimp

5. Garnish with scallions and enjoy!
