Smoked Salmon, Burrata, Summer Fruit and Garlicky Sourdough Croutons

INGREDIENTS

3 slices of Base Culture Sourdough Bread

Arugula

Balsamic

Olive oil

Hemp seeds

Smoked salmon

Sliced peaches

Blueberries

Sliced avocado

Fresh burrata cheese

Minced garlic

DIRECTIONS

1. In salad bowl, mix - arugula, blueberries, sliced peaches, and sliced avocado

2. Dice 3 slices of Base Culture Sourdough Bread, apply a little olive oil and minced garlic then toss in a skillet and heat until crispy

3. Once ready, add croutons to salad

4. Lay smoked piece of salmon and fresh burrata cheese

5. Finish recipe with a drizzle of balsamic and sprinkle of hemp seeds
